Adaptive Learning TA - Small Groups & Reengagement

Blatchington Mill School in Hove is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision Team. This role aims to support the development of an Adaptive Learning Provision programme for students at risk of disengagement from mainstream education.

The position demands a commitment to student support, employing a literacy-driven curriculum to reignite engagement. The successful candidate will work within a nurturing environment, assisting a cohort of students in achieving the skills needed for reintegration into full-time mainstream lessons.
