- Hospital Acute Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse / RMN to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced acute hospital environment.
As a Nurse / RMN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care plans, ensuring that each patient's individual needs are met.
Your expertise in mental health nursing will be essential in managing patients who may be vulnerable or in crisis, providing support and intervention as necessary.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and efficacy.
Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment and progress.
Requirements Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification or equivalent.
Current and valid NMC registration.
Experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
