B6 Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist Ireland

JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist for a locum position in Ireland.

We are looking for an experienced OT to join an acute medical team, supporting patients through assessment, rehabilitation and discharge planning.

The Role:

• Assess and treat patients across acute medical wards


• Complete functional and occupational assessments


• Develop and deliver patient-centred treatment plans


• Support safe and timely discharge planning


• Work closely with the wider MDT


• Provide advice on equipment, mobility and ongoing care needs

Requirements:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification


• Previous acute hospital/medical experience


• Strong discharge planning and MDT skills


• Current professional registration


• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
