Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Lead in the day-to-day management of projects and delivery of client work. You will engage with all key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met, risks are managed, and the quality of work is to the highest standard
• Take responsibility for developing more junior members of the team, understanding their career aspirations and supporting their delivery
• Support business development activities by building strong internal and external networks to help foster new clients and opportunities
• Qualified actuary with UK professional services experience
• Experience in actuarial modelling, capital, reversing or pricing
• Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight deadlines and a track record of producing high quality work
• Experience of developing and monitoring junior team members
