Activity Camp Manager - Didcot

Elite Youth Sports is looking for an Activity Camp Manager to work at our holiday activity camp in Didcot during the school holidays .

Hours Monday - Friday; 8:15am - 17:00

Salary From £500 per week depending on experience and qualifications

Reporting to Operations Manager/Head Coach

Location DGS, Didcot OX11 7AJ

Experience Previous experience in a leadership role, at least 2 years in Sports Coaching or Childcare and experience working with children.

EYS established in 2008 delivering Multi-Activity Holiday Camps to children aged 4 to 13 year olds across Oxfordshire. The successful candidates will be confident and focused as well as being organised to deal with the functions and responsibilities of leading a camp.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of camp staff and volunteers
Manage social interactions among children, staff, and volunteers
Supervise and deliver Restorative Behaviour practices
Being responsible for the Health & Safety and First Aid
Ensuring that all in attendance are having fun and learning new skills

Essential Requirements

Minimum of Level 2 NGB Sports Coaching, Teaching/Coaching/childcare or relevant Degree
At least two years experience working in a children
Previous experience in a leadership role is advantageous.

Desirable

A full driving licence and own transport
Up to date DBS (can be applied for)
Safeguarding Certificate (training given)
Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Level 2 Food Hygiene
