Activity & Family Support Coordinator

Hull City Council is seeking an Activity and Family Support Organiser to help vulnerable children and young people with disabilities participate in short breaks, activities, or home and community support. You will assess needs, promote participation, and identify mainstream opportunities while safeguarding welfare.

This full-time permanent role involves delivering high-quality support plans, maintaining records, assisting with financial transactions for activities, preparing food, and supporting
