Activities & Life Skills Coordinator - Weekend Availability

Exemplar Health Care's Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland is seeking an Activities Coordinator to organise and lead meaningful and entertaining activities for the people we support, empowering them to live fulfilled and happy lives.

You will work in a supportive team, with induction and ongoing training, enjoying opportunities to develop. No two days are the same, but you will plan individual activities, encourage community participation, and celebrate achievements.
