QS Recruitment is seeking Waste Collection Operatives to join their team in Market Rasen. This physically demanding role involves collecting household waste and requires strong teamwork, reliability, and good physical fitness. Employees start at £12.71 per hour, with a pay increase to £14.54 after 12 weeks, plus holiday entitlement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 0700 and averaging 8 hours per shift, with Saturday work needed before bank holidays. UK applicants only.
