Job Description
Shift Details 
- Full time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday - Sunday)
- Inspire and guide a team of Support Workers
- Deliver exceptional, person centred care
- Support recruitment, training and staff development
- Communicate confidently with colleagues, families and professionals
- Use digital systems to maintain accurate, high quality records
- Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
- Motivation to advance from a Support Worker or Care Assistant role
All applicants will be required to complete a DBS (paid for by us).
