Acoustics Engineer

Chartsign invites talented acoustics professionals to join our esteemed automotive client as a Contract Acoustics Engineer, based in Gaydon.

In this pivotal position, you will monitor and minimise wind noise performance variability across vehicle production lines. Your expertise will serve as the voice of the customer within the manufacturing environment, identifying and resolving attribute deviations through root cause analysis and problem solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D.

Flexibility across sites including Gaydon, Coventry, Solihull, and Halewood is essential. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in plant quality roles, automotive NVH development, vehicle testing, and assessing plant attributes like wind noise, S&R, and water tests. A full driving licence and a strong background in engineering problem solving will help ensure your success in this engaging role.
