AC/Multiskilled Engineer

PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced AC/Multiskilled Engineers to work with our most prestigious client at High Wycombe. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive rates of pay ranging between £21.00 and £25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all allocated HVAC and Gas related reactive and planned maintenance tasks to an agreed standard.
• Complete tasks within SLA requirements, with work orders opened and closed in real time.
• Timely completion of reactive and planned works carried out to agreed standards, achievement of first fix and maximizing equipment uptime.
• Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.
• Provide regular updates to the helpdesk and planning team on task status.
• Liaising with the store technicians and updating them on the status of maintenance work.
• Provide HVAC and Gas related technical support as required, e.g. advice regarding major operational issues.
• Carry out work following all health and safety requirements and adhere to best safety working practices at all times.
• Ensure appropriate audits and checks are carried out in line with the standards provided.
• Deal with and make safe all health & safety related works following processes laid down by the organisation's Health and Safety Policy.
• Proactively manage task volumes in conjunction with the helpdesk and planning team.
• Notify the helpdesk and planning team of procedural task conditions on completion of works.
• Attend training courses as and when necessary to ensure skills are kept up to date to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role
• F gas certificate
• Experience in: Air conditioning; Comfort cooling systems; Ventilation systems; Hot & cold water systems; LPHW heating & water systems; Controls systems; Electrical installations
