DescriptionPriory Hospital Hayes Grove is seeking a CBT Therapist/Integrative Psychotherapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team.
This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers a pro rate salary of £23,484-£27,192 (£39,140-£45,320 FTE, depending on experience). Due to demand for out of school appointments, availability to work 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm, any three days or set days per week is preferred.
Applications from those working towards accreditation within the next six to 12 months might be considered, depending on experience, with a revised salary banding of £31,930-£36,050 pro rate, which is £26,120-£29,500 until full accreditation is achieved.

What you'll be doingYou will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
- Deliver evidence based CBT and integrative therapeutic interventions to adults and young people, including comprehensive assessments, clinical formulations, and clear treatment recommendations and plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy both in person and online, while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, risk assessment, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, GPs, schools, and other relevant professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care across services.
- Contribute to the development of the clinical team by sharing skills and learning within CPD meetings and engaging in regular supervision.
- Support the future development of the service by helping to deliver outpatient group therapy for children, young people, and their parents/carers.

Applicants must hold a relevant Level 5 (or above) therapy qualification, be professionally registered and accredited (BABCP, BACP or UKCP), and have at least three years' post qualification experience working with children and young people in a similar setting. Experience integrating person centred, CBT and DBT approaches is essential, along with strong skills in assessment, formulation, outcome monitoring and multidisciplinary working.
