Accounts Technician

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a professional services organisation based in Belfast as they seek an Accounts Technician on a full time, permanent basis.

This role suits a proactive self-starter who can work independently and effectively manage their workload. Once up to speed, you will be given autonomy within the role and avail from a range of benefits.

The Role:

Reporting to the director daily duties will involve:

• Maintain purchase ledger and project records, process supplier payments.
• Raise sales invoices and credit notes. Manage credit control
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of Vat UK, CIS, ROI Vat and Interstate returns
• Manage office supplies

What You Need to Succeed?

• Previous experience working in a similar industry role
• Strong excel and Microsoft office skills
• Excellent organisational skills
