Accounts Supervisor

My growing, busy and forward thinking professional services client in Chelmsford, have the need for anAccounts Supervisorto join their team purely due to growth.

Sales ledger - Input, allocation, remittances, reviewing suspended accounts.
Liaising regularly with various inhouse and external teams.
Handle allocation queries.
Documentation for debtor refunds.
Processing cash transfers.
Taking card payments.
Reconciliations.
Update the database at all times.
Reporting.
Daily banking.
Team management including 121's, training, coaching, mentoring and annual reviews.
Process improvements.
