Role: Semi Senior Accountant
Location: Bradford
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000

Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant role include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Assisting with corporation tax computations and personal tax returns
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
• Supporting Senior colleagues with more complex work
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and build relationships
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with deadlines

Requirements of the Semi Senior Accountant role include:

• Previous UK accountancy practice experience is essential
• AAT qualified, part qualified ACCA or ACA, or qualified by experienceSolid understanding of accounts preparation and basic tax
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• Proactive, organised and keen to progress within practice
