Job Opportunity: Accountancy Practice Role

Are you an up-and-coming finance professional with recent experience in an accountancy practice? Do you thrive in a friendly, professional, and sociable team environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

I am working with a Helston-based firm that is looking to expand its team due to increased client demand. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a client portfolio consisting of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
2. Preparing year-end accounts
3. Handling VAT and bookkeeping tasks

This role is suitable for an AAT-qualified candidate or similar. However, the client is open to considering applicants without formal qualifications. Prior experience in an accountancy practice is essential given the technical nature of the role, and experience with cloud-based accountancy software would be advantageous.
