Accounts Receivable Specialist

A fast-growing, innovative company in the sustainable mobility sector is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team in Barcelona. This role will be key in managing customer invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring timely collections while supporting overall financial health and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
• Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and account statements
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on receivables status

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
