A progressive and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking a talented Accounts Manager to join their Norwich office.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of assignments, from annual accounts and corporation tax computations to ad-hoc forecasting and management accounts.

What We're Looking For

ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years' experience in a senior accounts role within practice

Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards

Confident communicator with a client-first mindset

Experience mentoring and reviewing junior staff

Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently or in a team

Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks Online, Xero (CaseWare a bonus)
