Accounts & Audit Senior

Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a Reading based Accountancy Practice who are currently recruiting for an Accounts & Audit Senior.

This regional multi partner firm are actively looking to strengthen their Audit division with the addition of an ambitious Semi Senior or Senior

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage audit planning and fieldwork for a client portfolio

•Deliver high-quality, fully compliant financial statements

•Identify risk areas within a client's business and define the appropriate audit approach

•Review team members' work to ensure audit objectives are met

•Assist in managing, motivating, mentoring, and developing a team

•Use in-depth client knowledge to anticipate and address challenging, complex, and interesting issues

You will excel in this role if:

You are ACA/ACCA fully qualified

You understand the broader context as well as the specifics of auditing individual balances

You possess well-developed supervisory skills, including coaching and motivating audit assistants
