Job Description

The Ausit & Accounts Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting senior members of the team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing client expectations and resolving concerns
• Conducting client meetings and providing business advice
• Identifying and resolving technical accounting and auditing issues
• Drafting detailed audit findings and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm methodologies
• Resolving complex accounting queries
• Reviewing tax computations and provisions
• Supporting year-end reporting processes

The Successful Applicant

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards
• Experience managing audit engagements and client relationships
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
