Clark Wood are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm of accountants in Swansea who due to internal growth are looking for an Accounts and Business Services Advisory Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Wales most successful practices at Manager level offering a clear platform to progress into senior management

The firm have an excellent hybrid and flexible working scheme in place and are renown for looking after their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse client portfolio with increased responsibility.

Oversee team portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.

Achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with Directors/Partners.

Provide proactive support to clients, reducing direct partner involvement.

Deliver high-quality advice, working both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing a client portfolio across various industries.

Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
