Accounting Manager (Mandarin Chinese Speaking, £32K, Real Estate, Sheffield)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager role in a Sheffield-based Real Estate agency. This is a high-end dorm that offers students a complete, all-inclusive package with all the amenities available right on site and close proximity to universities.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage overall financial and accounting work.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is a big plus.
• A full or partial accounting degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
• A background in the student housing sector is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and database management.
• Multitasking ability.
• Capability to work with large amounts of data.
