Accounting Manager

To strengthen the Finance & Accounting teams of a leading industrial group, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who will be supported by two accountants / accounting assistants. Our client is an industrial group active in Switzerland employing several hundred people in the Finance & Accounting department of the group. Your missions are as follows: - Maintain the general accounting for one or more Swiss entities of the group in collaboration with all members of the finance & accounting team,- Prepare intercompany customer accounts,- Prepare and enter closing entries (transitory items, depreciation, provisions, etc.),- Record salary entries and evolve key documents used for closing purposes (inventory tracking, leasing, etc.),- Ensure compliance with tax and social regulations (VAT, corporate taxes, social contributions, etc.),- Monitor debtors and carry out follow-ups for overdue invoices with the support of accounting assistants,- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure weekly cash monitoring,- Responsible for monthly reporting as well as various monthly reports on turnover, budgets, forecasts, etc.;- Structure and maintain monthly account reconciliations,- Ensure the quality and respect of deadlines for intercompany balances,- Guarantee compliance and implementation of the internal X system,- Prepare closing files for auditors, financiers, and the management report,- Actively participate in various projects within the financial accounting team (implementation of a new ERP, document management, analytical accounting, etc.),- Supervise and support junior accountants and accounting assistants,- Perform invoice entry tasks during busy periods and in the absence of one or more supervisors in finance/accounting with a federal certificate or other equivalent title,- At least 8 years of experience in accounting within a finance department, ideally in a multi-company environment,- Experienced in team collaborations to meet the demands of large structured groups required to close their accounts within short deadlines,- Previous experience in an industrial environment is a plus,- Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented,- Attention to detail and rigor in data processing with the ability to work under pressure,- Previous exposure to project management would be appreciated.Conditions and Benefits:- The opportunity to join a dynamic group and work on high-stakes projects,- Pleasant working environment,- Excellent social conditions, with more than 30 days of vacation per year. jid847b721aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
