Accounting Associate

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Accountant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing core financial close and transaction processes
• Reviewing and posting revenue-related journal entries
• Navigating and supporting various financial systems such as SAP, Blackline, Onestream, Hyperion, Redwood, and Snowflake
• Creating and maintaining meaningful dashboards using Power BI
• Driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies
• Performing reconciliations and resolving aged balances
• Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Assisting with internal and external audits

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (experience with other data tools is a plus)
• A tech-savvy and automation-driven mindset
• A keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach
