Accounting and HR ManagerThe CTDS, Special Waste Treatment Center in Geneva, is a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with 16 employees that aims to sustainably manage special waste from the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, and neighboring regions, in compliance with regulations. The company was established by stakeholders from the Romandy waste management sector and the family group Remondis, an undisputed leader in water and environmental management. With over 800 treatment sites, the group currently employs nearly 750 people across 33 countries.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing our operations, mainly human resources and the general accounting of the company. Specifically, you will ensure:General Accounting- Full accounting management including entry of accounting records- Review of accounts and bank reconciliations- Monthly and annual closings with preparation of the balance sheet and income statement in collaboration with the fiduciary and the holding company's headquarters- Daily cash flow monitoring- Management of customer and supplier invoices- Issuance and sending of customer invoices- Monitoring of payments and customer reminders- Control and payment of supplier invoicesHR Management- Interface with the external payroll manager and social elements- Management of employment contracts and personnel filesYou will have managerial responsibility for the site receptionist and support from a finance and accounting graduate.Requirements- Proven professional experience of several years in a similar position, preferably in an industrial sector- Excellent mastery of software, ideally RECY and FIBU (AMCS) tools- In-depth knowledge of the accounting principles of a Swiss SME, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards- Knowledge of Swiss and Geneva regulations concerning taxation and labor law- Very good level of written and spoken French.
