Accountant (Nearly or Newly Qualified)

Matrix Recruitment is seeking an Accountant (Nearly or Newly Qualified) to join an established and well known company based in Tipperary. You'll gain valuable experience supporting a dynamic business division, with mentorship from experienced professionals within the team.

Your New Job:

In this role, you will be working alongside a collaborative team and will play a key part in accounting processes and financial support initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and investigate variances
• Carry out monthly reconciliations
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities
• Contribute to statutory reporting and work with external auditors
• Deliver financial analysis and support to the wider business
• Assist with ongoing improvements of processes and systems development
• Manage various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

• Good working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting systems
