Tax Trainee - Accountancy Practice (Malvern)

Are you looking to start your career in accountancy and taxation? My client are a friendly and growing accountancy practice based in Malvern, looking for a motivated Tax Trainee to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver, recent graduate or someone at entry level to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in tax/ accountancy, with full training and support provided.

No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of personal and business tax returns
• Supporting senior staff with day-to-day tax and accounting tasks
• Learning to use accounting software and systems
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner
• General administrative duties within the practice

Qualifications

• A good standard of English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail, numerate and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Interest in pursuing a career in accountancy or tax
