Accountability Executive

This position has an active role in Monitoring Talon's pricing agreements and guarantees to ensure they are on target for yearend delivery. Working closely with the Accountability Director to move towards new innovative investment models.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

The Accountability and Performance Executive will begin to build auditor relationships and work closely with both the planning and Investment teams to accurately track all pricing guarantees. They are to build an understanding of the data requirements of the investment team and update them on a regular basis.

• Liaise with the Investment team to weekly monitor and track all Talons pricing and value commitments to ensuring all targets are met.
• Working within the productivity/auditor process. Work closely with all main agency partners and auditors in providing data, understanding the process, and setting out delivery timetable across the year for all clients.
• Complete all productivity and grid-based audit templates by client monthly ready for quarterly data uploads.
• Complete all client monthly Ebiquity data uploads delivering against all deadlines.
• Create client rate tracking grids for each guarantee and ensure the Investment team have the up to data pricing grids to enable them to buy efficiently across the year.
• Update the Talon auditor pool data.
• Manage the SOT, Spot/Loop data within Plato.
• Ensure the lead time, occupancy and inflation data is updated on a weekly basis.
• Build strong relationships with the Investment team at all levels
• Begin to build relationships across auditors

• Building and maintaining relationships
• Good at communicating, with the ability to influence others both internally and externally
• A-Level or higher in Maths
• Servicing a range of clients/media owners
• Managing external stakeholders across several key clients
• Experience managing and tracking pricing datasets.
