Following continued growth, they are now hiring across their account management function to support growth across financial services, travel, and E-commerce. Known for its innovative card issuing and treasury solutions, the company offers a collaborative and customer-centric culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients across financial services, travel, and ecommerce.
• Lead onboarding, relationship development, and upsell opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for card issuing products and FX services.
• Work cross-functionally with product and operations to ensure client success.

About You

• Experience in account management or customer success within payments, FX, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of card issuing and treasury products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
