Brief overview of this role:We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in London, focusing on our smaller customers. This will enable us to mitigate hidden risks and explore opportunities within our current client base.
This role would be ideal if you have:
- Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (with a revenue target), primarily handling commercial tasks such as expansion, renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells.
- Experience in driving the Account Management function and establishing workflows for collaboration between CSMs and AMs.
- Ability to work closely with the Director of GTM and colleagues across Customer Success & Sales within our 'SMB Pod', gaining a broad understanding of the SaaS delivery model. You will be exposed to Sitemate's founders and cross-functional teams.
