At Media and Broadcast we are at the forefront of broadcast technology, constantly updating our approach to meet market demands and to ensure we are delivering a world-leading global network for the next generation of media and broadcast services. Media and broadcast businesses have relied on our network and services to deliver flawless networked video for more than 60 years. We have built our market-leading network on reliable, high-quality fibre.
We move up to 16,000 hours of content a day through the London Switch, serving more than five hundred media production and distribution customers around the world. As well as being the backbone of all UK TV services, we distribute TV channels for companies like NBC Universal and Viacom.
- Responsible for the development and management for 6 of our Top 10 contracts across 4 key accounts, with an annual revenue in excess of £22M, developing business opportunities to generate long term sustainable growth and revenue for BT.
- Development of the account strategy and coordinating with the virtual teams across different functions to manage overall sales and contract performance for a strategic account.
- Promoting BT and its Wholesale capabilities, developing additional market opportunities for Wholesale.
- The role holder is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the Media and Broadcast team, selling our products, services, and solutions to the to achieve our ambitions of delivering growth across the business.
- Managing the customer relationship within the accounts, driving improved customer satisfaction and supporting the focus to positive NPS.
- Accountable for staying abreast of the latest sales developments and insight from the specific market verticals in order to ensure our products and services enable them to deliver the best services to their customers.

What we would like to see on your CV- Strong track record of sales achievement in large accounts with high revenues.
- Influences, develop, drive and motivate sales operations at both a tactical and strategic level.
- Ability to deliver on business objectives over and above the sales targets.
- Success in winning large complex bids with non standard T&C's and solution designs. (3-18 months sales cycle times)
- Experience of driving virtual teams to deliver necessary business results.

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you'll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
