Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced account manager to take care of an existing portfolio of clients. If you love building customer loyalty, finding ways to improve processes, and keeping things running smoothly, this is an opportunity where you'll truly make your mark.

Your New Job:
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing a set list of customer accounts, partnering closely with the sales rep. You'll handle quoting, order processing, and day-to-day admin-making sure each customer receives top service at every step. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive, tight-knit team, with team lead responsibilities available after six months for someone who's ready to step up.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Upselling and cross-selling to clients
• Process orders efficiently and accurately from start to finish
• Provide timely quotes and manage orders
• Liaise with other teams on orders, deliveries, and invoicing
• Track account activity, flag risks or opportunities, and support the sales rep
• Prepare regular reports on orders and sales
• Train and support other team members as needed

What Are We Looking For?:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in account management/inside sales administration along with preparing quotations
• ERP or order management system experience
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and strong communicator
• Confident with Outlook and Excel
