London Central, 3 days office - International Travel £Up to 45,000 + Profit Share + Benefits + International Travel (USA & Europe) About the role:

Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce a number of international events per year
• Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
• Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
• Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
• Project Manage events from concept to delivery - set the vision and see it come to fruition
• Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for: Essential:

• 18 months + commercial conference production
• Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines
• Self-motivated with great time management skills
• Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
• Strong copy writing - able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences
• Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
• Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
