Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries, performance updates, and reporting.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, with accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor performance data, identify risks early, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate field team activity and translate client needs into clear actions.
• Support communication between clients, office teams, and field staff.
• Assist in team development through guidance, feedback, and performance support.
• Help manage budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting.
• Ensure efficient delivery of contracts and high quality service standards.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times.
• Focus on meeting targets, improving performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 2-4 years experience in account management, sales support, or similar role.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail Grocery is Essential.
• Experience working with KPIs, reports, and deadlines.
• Experience supporting or managing people.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Good understanding of budgets and costs.
• Confident dealing with clients and teams.
• Comfortable working with data and reports.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and solution-oriented.
