Fabulous opportunity for a confident, collaborative senior account manager to be an important member of the team at this successful independent creative agency specialising in placemaking and destination branding.

This agency is innovative, forward thinking; 60 people based in central London. The agency is team-orientated, collaborative and people-friendly. It is made up of teams across research, strategy, copywriting, design and film, which also includes developers, artworkers and their supportive client service teams.

Account Manager - the role

The team are now looking for an account manager to join one of their teams. This person will be someone who is motivated, team-orientated and keen to do their very best work. You'll have an eye for detail, a little bit of natural charisma and some entrepreneurial flair. A passion or interest in architecture and space is essential; previous experience working in this area is desirable but not essential.

Account Manager - main responsibilities

Managing and developing key client relationships
- Managing projects through the creative studio
- Compiling and controlling project budgets and timelines
- Assisting with conceptual campaign briefs, from undertaking research, to contributing to
the creative direction
- Coordinating deadlines, workflow, and studio resource
- Accurately reporting into the AD to maintain the team's rolling forecast
- Reporting on campaign activity
- Developing a deep understanding of the clients' brands, products & services, and market

Account Manager - skills

Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
- A proactive nature and calm under pressure
- Confidence and the ability to work self sufficiently
- The ability to work simultaneously on numerous projects with the ability to manage and
motivate people
- Strong attention to detail

Account Manager - experience

A minimum of 2 years' relevant creative agency experience is essential for this role
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding organisational skills
