Account Manager - Printing Company

An award-winning printing company seeks an account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of their team.

Working within a Centre of Excellence, you will be required to understand customer needs and wants to support your designated account base. You will also be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to production facility and recording all transactions on the MIS system. This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients, and proactively manages work in progress. Clear communication is imperative in your management of all accounts.

You will ideally be in a client facing role within the printing industry however candidates outside the industry will be considered. Our key priority is finding someone with outstanding communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and wants to support your designated account base.
• Issue accurate instructions to production facility.
• Record all transactions on the MIS system.
• Work in an organised manner, take ownership of clients and proactively manage work in progress.
• Maintain clear communication in the management of all accounts.

Qualifications

• Client facing role experience within the printing industry is preferred, but outside candidates will be considered.
• Outstanding communication and customer relation skills.
• Good problem solving skills and friendly attitude.
