Location: Belfast City Centre Position: Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a Global Insurance Service Provider, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their commercial team in Belfast. Requirements

Previous experience in insurance (commercial or corporate preferred; personal lines considered)

Strong technical knowledge of insurance issues

Experience managing a diverse client base across varied risks and complexities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all levels

CII qualification (or actively working towards it)

Key Duties

Place all types of commercial risks within the market

Provide expert, prompt advice to clients regarding their insurance needs

Liaise with insurer partners as appropriate

Deliver the highest standards of customer service, handling mid-term adjustments and client queries efficiently

Manage client files promptly, accurately, and effectively

Maintain absolute client confidentiality

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
