Job Description
The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Account Intelligence Specialist to join our Digital Media team in the UK.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in sales. You'll support our sales efforts through research, data management, and lead generation, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Data Entry and Management - Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics); Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Customer and Account Research - Research contacts within target accounts using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo); Identify key decision-makers and personas to support SDR and marketing targeting; Gather company information (industry, size, turnover, etc.).
  • CRM Management - Maintain and update CRM records; Input gathered data and contact details into the system; Use reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Lead Generation Support - Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach; Use LinkedIn and company websites for prospecting; Build and maintain targeted prospect lists; Provide intelligence to support the sales team; Deliver administrative support as needed; Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns; Use tools such as ZoomInfo for contact acquisition.
  • Communication - Communicate clearly and professionally with team members; Assist with initial outreach via email or phone.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude
