About the Company:


Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how organizations manage critical HR and payroll functions. Their intuitive platform helps businesses simplify complexity, ensure compliance, and streamline workforce operations. With strong momentum and an expanding customer base, they're looking to add a high-performing Account Executive to their commercial team.


The Role:


The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle for HR/payroll software solutions. Targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts, this individual will build and convert a qualified pipeline, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless buyer journey.

This is a quota-carrying role best suited for a sales professional with SaaS experience and a proven ability to sell into HR, finance, or operations decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across assigned verticals or territories
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution-focused presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report results
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive solutions within the HR/payroll tech space


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in the HR, payroll, or workforce technology sectors
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Experience selling to HR, Finance, or Operations leaders is preferred
