Account Executive - Global Travel Retail

British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive role in London Chiswick.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account manager in managing responsible accounts end-to-end operation and delivering volume, market share, and profit as per expectations.
• Build and develop customer relationships.
• Establish relationships with key account operational staff.
• Lead account plan execution and implementation.
• Drive launch & execution of new categories. Work closely with account manager & activation team to ensure delivery of daily operation OTIF.
• Maximize trade spend efficiency through our retail, distribution partners, and agencies.
• Support consistent key accounts business reviews.
• Support analysis & reporting of responsible markets and accounts.

Qualifications

• Relevant Trade Marketing experience within a multinational company.
• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager for an FMCG business is advantageous.
• Global Travel Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to operate independently whilst being results-oriented.
• Strong soft skills. Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), negotiation and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of inter-related company functions including Supply Chain, Marketing Finance, IT, Customer Service, Legal, HR and the management of agencies.
• Willingness to travel (up to 35% of FTE annually).
