Job Description

As Account Director, you will hold overall responsibility for client accounts, ensuring effective management of all client business. Your responsibilities will include OOH planning & buying across various clients and agencies, overseeing day-to-day client operations, and team management. Your ability to manage, maintain, and build business relationships will be crucial to the development and strategic direction of Evolve OOH.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  1. Work with Senior Management to set client KPIs and strategies, ensuring these are met and driving sales.
  2. Manage a team of client managers and oversee their daily activities.
  3. Develop new OOH relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers.
  4. Forge and maintain key relationships globally and locally.
  5. Produce proposals and presentations to secure new accounts.
  6. Manage multiple campaigns across different markets concurrently.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of planning information and campaign updates to clients.
  8. Monitor client satisfaction and uphold high customer service standards.
  9. Develop revenue-driving relationships to increase awareness and enablement for Evolve.
  10. Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for senior management.
  11. Resolve client and campaign issues promptly.
  12. Assist in building and maintaining planning tools and data accuracy.
  13. Coach and supervise team projects and evaluate performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  1. Extensive OOH planning experience and market knowledge.
  2. Understanding of UK & International OOH landscape and established media owner relationships.
  3. Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  4. Experience in strategic planning, programmatic buying, and creative optimization within OOH and DOOH.
  5. Exceptional commercial acumen.
  6. First-class relationship management and communication skills.
  7. Strong people management skills, motivating and developing teams.
  8. Willingness to work and travel across multiple markets.
  9. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
