As an Account Director, you'll lead the development of digital marketing strategies and oversee campaign execution. You'll be the driving force behind client planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll extract insights from data, challenge assumptions, and identify growth opportunities.
You'll manage relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and high-quality service delivery. You'll also contribute to commercial proposals, budgeting, and profitability. You'll collaborate across the agency, contribute to content and social media strategy, and play a key role in new business pitches. Your ability to simplify complex ideas and sell in additional services will be crucial to success.
What experience you'll need to apply- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, targeting, optimisation, and analytics. (Websites, Paid Media, SEO)
- Track record of growing client accounts.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Confident presenter with PowerPoint proficiency.
- Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic team player.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
