Job Description

For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ABM (Account Based Marketing) Specialist to support the execution of one of our Marketing Programs designed to increase relationship and win rate on selected Global B2B customers; and also contribute to the success of our existing ABM 1:1 and tactical initiatives.

This role offers a strong foundation for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in account-based marketing, working closely with experienced marketers and sales teams to deliver personalized campaigns for global clients.


In addition to supporting established programs, the ABM Specialist will also have the opportunity to propose and explore new ideas that enhance the B2B marketing experience and contribute to innovation across the commercial marketing landscape.


General Data:

  • Full time contract.
  • Model: Hybrid.
  • 40h. per week.
  • Location: Sant Cugat (Barcelona).
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Salary range: 28K - 32K


Main tasks:

  • Program Support: Assist in coordinating and executing the Marketing program for hunting accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, assets, and reporting for ABM campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts and support the planning and execution of personalized marketing activities.
  • Innovation & Learning: Participate in testing new ideas and approaches to enhance the commercial marketing experience, with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
  • ABM 1:1 Support: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance B2B engagement strategies while supporting the delivery of ABM 1:1 marketing experience for priority accounts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage other areas of the organization to help support and drive the Global Accounts Team agenda.


Requirements:

  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and account-based strategies.
  • Advanced organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in English, with a proactive attitude.
  • Some experience (internships, coursework, or entry-level roles) in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to function effectively in high-pressure and highly ambiguous environments.
  • Strong bias toward action and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for learning new skills and expanding experience.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Excellent team player.
