The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Supervise the Housekeeping and Accommodation team, ensuring daily tasks are delivered to high standards
• Assist with rotas and stock control and management
• Contribute to daily housekeeping duties, such as undertaking regular deep cleaning and replenishment
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
