Academic HR & Recruitment Officer (Fixed-Term)

University of Oxford - Department of Paediatrics is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day recruitment and personnel administration, reporting to the HR Operations Manager. The role covers two workstreams-Recruitment and HR-and may involve occasional graduate and undergraduate admissions tasks.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, liaise with hiring managers on job descriptions, and ensure timely candidate communications within University policies.
