AC Engineer - Heathrow Airport - £22.50-£25 per hour

I am currently representing a reputable facilities and construction company that is seeking AC/Refrigeration engineers to work at Heathrow Airport. With over 10 years of experience, they provide full construction fit-out and facilities maintenance services to high-end commercial clients, including airports and showrooms.

The successful candidate will perform facilities maintenance airside at Heathrow Airport, servicing airport lounges, restaurants, and retail outlets. Responsibilities include:

• VRV systems
• VRF systems
• Splits & Multi-split systems
• Cold Rooms
• AHUs
• Refrigeration (Fridges)
• Mechanical & Building Service Maintenance

Candidates should possess Level 2 in AC & Refrigeration, FGAS Category 1 certification, and experience in PPM and repair work on the above systems. All airside training and competencies will be provided. The role is predominantly based at Heathrow Airport.

• £22.50-£25 per hour - PAYE, permanent contract, 40 hours/week

• Working hours: Day shift 07:45 - 16:45; Night shift typically 21:00 - 04:00
• Flexible hours with overtime paid at time and a half (night) and double time (Sunday)
• Approximately 6-8 night shifts per month, scheduled flexibly based on maintenance needs
• All training and development related to airport operations
