We are hiring an EV/Offal Room Operative to join our established team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the EV/Offal Room, which includes offal packing, grading, and removal of organs.

Shift Pattern:

4 shifts per week on a 3-week rotating shift pattern: 03:45 - 14:15

What You'll Be Doing:

Support with the general production of our chicken products, including offal packing, grading, and organ removal.

Ensure adherence to Food Safety, Hygiene, and COSHH standards for safe production.

Be flexible as duties and responsibilities may change depending on factory needs.

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.

High standards of work and attention to detail.

Basic level of written and verbal English.

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in food production is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.

Rate of Pay: £14.63 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
