Are you passionate about supporting children with autism through structured, evidence-based approaches? A specialist autism school in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor to join their team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday). This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and looking to develop their career in autism education within a structured and supportive environment.
The RoleYou will work closely with pupils on the autism spectrum, delivering individualised ABA programmes designed to support communication, independence, and social development.
- Implementing ABA teaching programmes under specialist supervision
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with students
- Recording progress and behavioural data
- Supporting students to develop life skills and communication
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and behaviour specialists
- Have experience supporting children with autism
- Be ABA trained
- Be interested in behavioural approaches to learning
- Be patient, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be enthusiastic about learning and professional development
- Full-time, consistent role
- Monday-Friday
