A320 Captain - Permanent Command Opportunity (Type-Rated)

What you'll do

• Command A320 family operations with a safety-first mindset and sound judgement.
• Lead and mentor your crew, fostering strong CRM and a positive flight deck culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and effective decision-making.
• Execute thorough planning, briefings, and fuel and performance management.
• Represent the operator professionally with passengers, crew, and stakeholders.

Minimum requirements

• Total time: 3000 hours
• PIC in type: 1000 hours on A320 family
• Type rating: Required (A320 family)
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: UK CAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 5
• Currency: Ideally, recent large-jet command time within the last 3 years
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
