The Financial Crime Solutions team is looking for a Manager, A2A Risk Solutions Product Management, GTM, to help drive delivery of our product roadmap and strategy by working with third-party partners and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our customers reduce fraud/scams, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Financial Crime Solutions (FCS) is a cross-functional team under Fraud & Resiliency within the Services division of Mastercard, overseeing solutions dedicated to safeguarding businesses and consumers from financial crimes. Made up of product management, data science, operations, and technology partners, we have launched solutions that detect and prevent financial crime using advanced technologies, data analysis, and industry best practices to identify suspicious patterns, behaviors, and transactions globally.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop go-to-market strategies by applying marketing and sales enablement expertise to enable regions and contribute to the ongoing success of our solutions.
It will bring product positioning and GTM strategy to life by shaping how our products are positioned, communicated, and perceived in the market, fueling growth in our international expansion. Through collaboration, strategic analysis, and innovative thinking, this role will help strengthen our market position and provide valuable insights in an evolving landscape.
Role
- Develop global strategies across go-to-market, marketing, and sales enablement to help scale A2A Risk Solutions products and add value to customers.
- Deliver GTM initiatives with scalability and impact to support revenue growth and market penetration.
- Own collateral creation across the customer journey to support regional communication of product value.
- Enhance A2A Risk Solutions' external presence through tailored content, bulletins, and thought leadership via external and internal channels.
- Develop competitive intelligence, conduct market research, and craft messaging to differentiate A2A Risk Solutions.
- Define clear product narratives aligned with product roadmaps, value propositions, industry trends, regulations, and customer feedback.
- Define execution plans to ensure assets are launched with clear success metrics, are maintained, and learnings are shared.
- Enable key stakeholders to articulate the benefits and value propositions of A2A Risk Solutions to achieve shared objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver on GTM strategies and meet product objectives.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and strategic directions, providing feedback on market reactions.

- Strong experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B banking or payments, with successful GTM strategy execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into understandable solutions.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create compelling collateral.
- Data-driven approach to product management and GTM opportunities.
- Understanding of Mastercard's business model, financial factors, and the payments ecosystem.
- Knowledge of financial crime and related regulations.
- Ability to leverage Mastercard's systems, products, and customer insights for decision-making.
